Tree 16: Dr. George Fitzhenry - London and Wales

This tree has been featured in the Blog, as the main protagonists Dr. George Fitzhenry and Eliza Heather got married in 1839 and then parted, marrying other people a few years later. They had one daughter Eliza Harriett Fitzhenry.

George's father was variously named as Arthur Hamilton Fitzhenry or George Arthur Fitzhenry on his two marriage certificates. This man worked for the civilian branch of the East India Service.

Although there were no male descendants from George and Eliza's marriage, and no children from George's subsequent marriage to Jane Thomas, this may be one branch of a larger Anglo-Indian family that I have yet to discover.
