The mystery man of Fitzhenry genealogy! Little is known about Enoch's origins, which are said to be in Ireland, but he was the patriarch of the largest of the US Fitz(-)henry families.

Was Enoch really from Ireland as legend says? Was his birth name really Fitzhenry? If it was, which other Fitz(-)Henry branches does his branch link into?

One member of this branch has been tested and his results show that he is genetically unrelated to the man tested from Family Group 1.
However on a positive note, his Y chromosome was typically Irish and matches the profile of the 5th century warlord, Niall of the Nine Hostages.
