About me

Welcome to the worldwide Fitz(-)Henry DNA project site.

March 2010
We're upgrading to The Next Generation software!
With over 4000 people now on the worldwide names database, we needed a better way of sharing our data with you

Over the next few weeks, we will slowly be adding more names to this site.
We've started with Family Group 4 - the Fitz-Henrys of Rock, Worcestershire.

The DNA study itself...

We are attempting to trace the genetic origins of all the Fitz(-)Henry family groups, where-ever they are found in the world.
This project was set up in April 2008 under the auspices of the Guild of One-Name studies.

If you are a Fitzhenry or a Fitz-Henry or even a Fitzsenry
(the spelling doesn't matter - the hyphen comes and goes over the ages in many families),
then come and join in the fun...

Your genetic heritage is just a cheek swab away!
